How can i Pay ?
You can pay over the phone with our scheduling team, or online through an invoice.
We do not accept cash as our detailers often have multiple jobs a day, and it is dangerous to carry such a large cash bank
Do you do same day appointments ?
The simple answer is, “We will try!” If we can make it happen we are more than happy to accommodate a same day appointment. That stated most clients book a day or so out. We stay staffed up enough that we can get someone out to you a lot faster than other detail companies 9 times out of 10. We want to earn your business. Do i need to have any Equipment?
The detailers, on the sparkles groups car detailing services platform, arrive at your location fully-equipped with all the supplies they need to ensure that your car is spotless, including a generator for power supply.
If you prefer a water-based wash, we do ask that you notate that prior to the wash by selecting the correct add-on during the booking flow.
We also ask the customer to provide the water supply and we will send out a tech equipped with a power wash hookup and hose.
We do offer eco-friendly washes which produce the same result and are environmentally friendly.
If you don’t specifically request a water- based wash, we will assign the first detailer available in your area at the time requested.
How do you access my car ?
Even though the detailers on our platform are miracle workers, they won’t be able to teleport their van into your office parking and detail your car between two other cars. We wish they could but we are still working on that. Hence, you need to have your car easily accessible for our detailers when they arrive. Keep in mind we DO NOT SERVICE vehicles in public parking areas like grocery stores or strip malls.
Ideal areas would include:
- Outside parking spot with enough space to work on the car
- Indoor garage or indoor parking with authorization to have your car serviced
- Driveway in front of your home
If you are in an indoor parking structure, you can mention it when booking on our platform via the notes section prior to booking. You can leave specific notes for the tech if you have a gate access code or if there are some other key instructions the detailer may need to know. Also, make sure that you are authorized to have your car serviced at the spot you require your wash/detail.
